Supportive Practices

There are times I am overwhelmed with emotions. Family life. Finances. Marriage. Self worth.

I call on God.

I think about creating a luxury retreat.

I think about how the services will be helpful for people.

See, the practices I tap into during difficult times are not to cover up nor numb the problems in my life.

They’re there to support me as I get through the difficulty.

I think about my daily routine.

Can I tap into yoga? Meditation. A self massage?

Can I take a bath? Can I listen to my body’s wisdom and cues a little more?

There is light in the darkness when you honor and acknowledge the darkness’s presence.

Darkness comes to destroy what is not working anymore.

To clean any debris.

So trust the difficult times, receive their gifts, and submerge into supportive practices along the way.
